The Subject Of This Order Is Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Srm And Exercise Of Authors Supervision For Construction Major Renovation Of The Peoples Community Center Prosveta -1862, Town Of Peruštitsa, With The Aim Of Repairing And Renovating The Theater Hall In The Community Center In Accordance With The Current Regulations, Including Fire Protection Requirements And Norms For Ensuring An Accessible Environment. The Main Goal Is Also The Aestheticization Of The Space, Preserving The Most Characteristic And Interesting Elements Of Its Current Layout And Their Harmonious Combination With New Modern Solutions, Improving The Comfort And Energy Efficiency Of The Hall With The Implementation Of New Air Conditioning And Ventilation Systems, As Well As With The Addition Of Thermal Insulation Of The Planned New Roof Above The Stage. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And Sub-Normative Acts, As Well As Other Applicable And Effective Legislation, And The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification For The Development Of The Investment Projects, As Well As The Activities Representing A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, In Accordance With The Regulations. During The Implementation Of The Project Activities, The Selected Contractor Is Expected To Prepare An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase With Detailed Quantitative And Quantitative-Value Accounts For The Types Of Work. When Developing The Investment Project In The Working Project Phase, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare A Survey Report On The Energy Efficiency Of The Building And A Technical Passport, As Well As A Detailed Inventory (Indicating The Type, Technical Specification And Number Of Equipment Needed To Provide Sound, Stage Lighting And Stage Mechanization). Activity 2. Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project With The Aim Of Repairing And Renovating The Theater Hall In The Community Center In Accordance With The Current Regulations, Incl. Fire Protection Requirements And Norms For Ensuring An Accessible Environment. Activity 3. Exercising Copyright Supervision During Construction Through The Relevant Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Carry Out Copyright Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Project. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
