Of Expropriation Were Made Available And Confirmed By The Mayors Themselves./O.C.P.I.; - Delays In Collecting Ownership Documents In Legalized Copies When Preparing Individual Cadastral Documentation; - Technical Problems Within O.C.P.I. Regarding The Procedure For Registration And Approval Of Individual Cadastral Documentation; - Legislative Changes And/Or Internal Procedures That May Occur Prior To The Termination Of The Contract; - Delays In Obtaining The Tabulation Of The Expropriation Corridor From O.C.P.I./Ancpi; - Failure To Obtain The Land Registry Extract From O.C.P.I. Within A Reasonable Period Of Time. Regarding The Registration Of The Ownership Right Of The Romanian State Over The Expropriated Corridor; - Situations Arising In The Approval Of Cadastral Documentation By O.C.P.I./Ancpi; Delays In Obtaining The Decisions Of The Local Councils/County Councils; - Failure To Obtain Within A Reasonable Time The Cadastral Documentation Referred To By O.C.P.I.; Changing The Number Of Buildings Or The Category Of Use; 7. Regarding Payment And/Or Debt Recovery Methods; 8. Regarding Checks And Reception. 9. Addition/Decrease Of The Contract Price, As A Result Of The Addition/Decrease Of The Estimated Number Of Buildings; The Change Of Land Use Categories. 10
