The Ict Consulting Expert Services Procured Here Can Be Used For All Tasks And Needs Of The City Of Espoo And Espoo Catering Oys Ict Operation And Digital Transformation Support. Based On The Competition, The City Of Espoo Selects Three (3) Suppliers And One (1) Deputy Supplier. An Agreement On The Framework Arrangement Is Concluded With The Selected Suppliers. The Framework Arrangement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1.2 Description Of The Framework Arrangement Of The Request For Tenders. The Calculated Total Value Of The Acquisition For Four Years Without Vat Is €44,000,000, Of Which The City Of Espoos Share Is Approximately €43,920,000 And Espoo Catering Oys Share Is Approximately €80,000. The City Of Espoo Makes The Procurement Decision On Behalf Of Espoo Catering Oy. Espoo Catering Oy Makes Its Own Contracts With Selected Suppliers.
