The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Appoint A Contractor For The Development Of A Technical Project And The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works, In Connection With The Construction Of The Object And To Conclude A Contract For Its Implementation, With A View To The Development Of A Comprehensive And Legal Technical Project, Which Will Serve For The Quality Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Activities, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Compliance With The Agreed Deadlines. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes A Description Of The Activities Under The Procurement As Follows: А) Activity Design - Execution Of Research And Design Works (Ppr) And Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Construction (An): A1 Preparation Of A Technical Project, Incl. Bill Of Quantities For The Realization Of A Technical Project, According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Requirements Of The Currently Effective Regulatory Documents, In Volume And Content Determined In The Approved Design Assignment (Appendix A). They Are Certified By The Consultant After The Approval Of The Project. A2. Carrying Out All Coordination Of The Technical Project With The Operating Companies And Administrations, Whose Permission, Assistance Or Opinion Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement. A3. Fulfillment Of Duties As A Designer, During Construction And Commissioning Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Current Bulgarian Legislation (Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Regulation No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites), Including Exercising Copyright Supervision In Accordance With Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Zut During Construction.
