The Procurement Unit Requests An Offer For The Following Procurement Package For The Needs Of The Welfare Region Of Southern Ostrobothnia; Situation Picture Solution The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Situation Picture Solution (Operational Control System) As An Onprem Implementation, Which Can Be Used To Create A Situation Picture At The Unit And Organizational Level, Organize And Manage Patient/Customer Logistics, And Assign Various Tasks To Units And Professionals In The Units, As Well As To Support And Guide Different Functions Of The Organization With The Help Of Functionalities. The Report And Other Information Obtained Through The Solution Supports Management And Development. The Procurement Includes Delivery Of The Solution Package, Solution Support And Maintenance Services, Further Development And Expert Services. The Acquisition Includes Two (2) Options; Operational Units Functionalities And Extended Support And Maintenance Service. The Tenderer Must Offer A Whole. Partial Offers Are Not Accepted. Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Tender Documents Are In Finnish And The Tender Must Be Submitted In Finnish. More Detailed Information And Requirements Of The Procurement Entity In The Request For Tenders And In The Appendices, Especially The Appendix Description Of The Object Of Procurement And The Appendix Specification Of Requirements, Which State The Minimum And Quality Requirements Of The Services Offered.
