Pollutants Tracking And Monitoring And Rehabilitation Services – Declaration Of Fill Soils And Pollutant Analysis Of Demolition Material. Framework Agreement On The Declaration Of Filling Soils And Pollutant Analysis Of Demolition Material. Accompanying Pollutant Sampling Is Required For The New Building (Component 2 - Bt2) And The Current General Renovation (Component 1 - Bt1) Of The Augsburg State Theater. - In-Situ Sampling In The Existing Building Based On Requirements From The Property Monitoring Or Specialist Construction Management (Bt 1) - Sampling Of Heaps (Demolition Material) On An Interim Storage Area* (Bt 1) - Sampling Of Excavated Earth Material On The Construction Site Or On An Interim Storage Area* (Bt 2) * In The Augsburg Area, Max. 10 Km From The Construction Site ---- Carrying Out The Sampling, Analyzing The Samples And The Respective Report On The Test Results. The Original Structure Of The Great House Of The Augsburg Theater Dates From 1877. The Building Was Essentially Constructed Of Brick. The First Significant Redesign And Expansion (Particularly In The Area Of The Stage, The Backstage And The Main Portal) Took Place In The 1930S, During Which Constructions Made Of Concrete And Steel Were Increasingly Used. After The Severe Destruction Caused By Bombs In The Second World War In 1944, In Which Almost Only The Foundation And Outer Walls Of The Original Building Remained, It Was Rebuilt From 1952 To 1956. The Construction Was Carried Out On The Remaining Foundation Walls Using Various Construction Methods Made Of Masonry, Concrete And Steel. The Stage Tower And The Roof Structure Of The Auditorium Were Made Of Steel Framework. In The Period That Followed, Apart From Two Renovations To The Stage Machinery (1989-1990), There Were No More Significant Structural Interventions. A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Section 21 Vgv Will Be Awarded. The Specific Samples Are Ordered Through Individual Calls From The Framework Agreement (Individual Order) For The Items Regulated In This Contract, The Positions Regulated In The Lv And The Individual Prices Offered By The Bidder. The Individual Calls Are Made By The Overall Project Management, The Construction Supervision And/Or The Specialist Construction Management. The Individual Request Must Be Confirmed In Text Form. The Number Of Individual Calls For The Following Items Actually Called Up By The Client Will Be Billed And Remunerated. The Preambles Given Are Purely Hypothetical And Only Serve To Compare The Offers. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Specific Number Of Individual Calls During The Contract Term. Note: Invoicing Must Be Prepared Separately For Components Bt1 And Bt2 For Funding Reasons.
