1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals In The Form Of Two-Course Lunches For Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center And Second Breakfasts And Two-Course Dinners For Participants Of The Senior Day Home +2. Each Meal Will Be Prepared Based On The Contractors Own Products. • Dinners Will Consist Of Soup, Main Course And Salad, • Ii Breakfasts Will Consist Of: Sandwiches With Various Types Of Bread, Cold Meats, Cheese: With Butter, Lettuce And Seasonal Vegetables, Buns, Oatmeal, Pancakes, Milk Soup, Yogurts, Homogenized Cheese (Adapted To Appropriate Diets). 3. The Contractor Will Provide Seven Meals A Week, Including On Holidays For Task 1, And Five Meals A Week From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays For Task 2.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Meals Using Its Own Kitchen Facilities (Kitchen Rooms, Kitchen Equipment And Appliances).6. Prepared Meals Will Be Delivered By The Contractor At Agreed Times To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.7. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Task 1 - Services Of Preparation And Delivery Of Two-Course Lunches To The Place Of Residence Of Clients Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Michałowice Commune; 2) Task 2 - Services Of Preparation And Delivery Of 2Nd Breakfasts And Two-Course Dinners For Participants Of The Senior+ Day Home.
