1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Modernization Of School Playground No. 4 And The Modernization Of Fences And Ball Catchers On The Premises Of Primary School No. 139 At Ul. Syreny 5/7 In Warsaw.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory And Demolition Works, Disposal Of Demolition Elements, B) Modernization Of Fences And Ball Catches On Pitches No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And The Playground, C) Replacement Of The Surface With Substructure And Elements On The Pitch Of Pitch No. 4, D) Cleaning Of Drainage And Modernization Of Surfaces Adjacent To Pitch No. 4, E) Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Elements Of Pitch No. 4.3) A Detailed Description, Scope Of Work And The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified Above. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Construction Works In The Field Of Buildings And Sports Facilities Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Part Of The Order.5) Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Pln 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual And Tort Liability. 6) The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 962,137.77 To Finance The Awarded Order. 7) Guarantee. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months.
