The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Use Of The Indoor Swimming Pool As Part Of Physical Education Classes For Students From Schools Run By The Municipality Of Kłodzko In 2026. The Classes Will Be Held At The Swimming Pool On School Days As Part Of Physical Education Classes And Extra-Curricular Activities From 8:00 A.M. To 4:30 P.M. And As Part Of Summer Camps Organized By Schools During Winter And Summer Holidays On Working Days From 9.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. Classes Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Schedule Of Physical Education Classes Of Individual Schools And The Schedule Of Extra-Curricular Activities Presented By The Director Of The Contractors Facility No Later Than On The Last Working Day Preceding The Week In Which Classes Begin And In Accordance With The Lesson Plan Applicable At The Facility. The Ordering Party Allows For Changes To The Class Schedule. Any Adjustments Will Depend On Current Needs Related To Changes In Students Timetables Or Other Important Reasons Related To The Organization Of Work And The Functioning Of The School. Activities During The Summer Camp Will Also Take Place In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel Individual Classes. All Possible Changes Will Be Introduced One Week In Advance After Consultation With The Contractor. Changing The Dates/Schedule Does Not Constitute A Change In The Subject Of The Order And Does Not Require Changing The Concluded Contract. The Classes Will Be Organized For Approximately 1,780 Students, Including 20 Students Of Sports Classes. There Is 1 Hour Per Week Per Student From The General Class, While From Sports Classes - Up To 4 Hours Per Week Of Swimming Lessons. As Part Of The Summer Camps Organized By Schools During The Winter And Summer Holidays, Approximately 200 Children Will Benefit From The Services - Each Participant Is Entitled To 1 Hour A Day. Classes Are Held In Groups. The Stay Of 1 Group In The Swimming Pool Hall Includes 60 Minutes, I.E. 1 Lesson Hour (45 Minutes) And 15 Minutes For The So-Called Disguise Counting From The Moment Of Crossing The Entry And Exit Gates To The Swimming Pool. The Total Time Of Students Staying Outside The School, Including The Time Of Children From Each School Getting To The Indoor Swimming Pool, Cannot Exceed 100 Minutes, Which Results From The Organization Of The Schools Work, Where 2 Lesson Hours Including A Break Have Been Allocated For The Implementation Of Classes. The Classes Will Take Place At The Swimming Pool Operated By The Contractor. There Should Be At Least 2 Swimming Pools In The Swimming Pool Hall, Including 1 Sports Pool With At Least 6 Swimming Lanes With A Length Of 25 M And 1 Swimming Pool For Learning To Swim With A Depth Not Exceeding 1.2 M. For The Use Of The Indoor Swimming Pool By Students, The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor A Monthly Fee, Which Will Cover All The Contractors Expenses Related To The Imple
