Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Brzeg Dolny In 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Delivery Including The Purchase And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E To The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Brzeg Dolny In 2026.3. Estimated Quantity: 4 Gas Consumption Points - In Accordance With Annex No. 7 To Swz.4. The Estimated Demand For Gaseous Fuels, Which Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Facilities - Consumption Points Specified In Annex 7, Is Estimated At: 1,756,503 Kwh. The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimated Value And May Change Within +/- 20% Of The Basic Volume. 5. The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Ensure That The Expected Consumption Reflects As Closely As Possible The Actual Demand For Gaseous Fuel During The Contractual Period. In The Event Of A Difference Between The Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Consumed And The Transmission Service In Accordance With The Applicable Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator.6. The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Annexes To The Swz: No. 6 (Draft Contract) And No. 7 (List Of The Employers Facilities).7. The Ordering Party Informs That: 1) For All Consumption Points, The Possible Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier Will Be Carried Out Once Again; 2) Collection Points For Which The Change Is Being Carried Out Again Do Not Have Promotional Contracts Concluded; 3) Currently, The Sale Of Gas Fuel For The Needs Of The Ordering Party Is Carried Out On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Agreement With Unimot Energia I Gaz Sp. Z O. O. Aleje Jerozolimskie 142 B, 02-305 Warsaw; The Current Comprehensive Agreement Is Valid Until December 31, 2025; 4) The Distribution System Operator Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Branch In Wrocław At Ul. Ziębicka 44; 5) The Contract Will Be Concluded For The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026; 6) The Condition For Commencement Of Deliveries On The Indicated Date Is The Expiry Of The Applicable Contracts And The Successful Completion Of The Seller Change Procedure; 7) The Ordering Party Informs That All Gas Consumption Points, Included In The Attachment: List Of The Ordering Partys Facilities, Are Subject To Excise Duty; 8) Declarations Regarding The Purpose Of The Purchased Gas For Excise Tax Purposes Will Be Provided To The Contractor When Signing The Contracts; 9) The Ordering Party Allows The Contract To Be Signed By Correspondence Or Electronically. 8. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order. 9. The Contractor Should Have A Current Contract With The Distribution System Operator (Unless He Is An Operator Himself), Operating On The Premises Of The Ordering Party And Enabling The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel Via The Distribution Network To Consumption Points.
