The Type Of Light Fuel Oil Supplied Should Meet The Requirements Of The Currently Applicable Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2020-12 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Above Standards. The Ordering Party Requires The Oil To Have At Least The Following Parameters: – Density At A Temperature Of 15°C Max. 0.860 Kg/M3, Fractional Composition: - Up To A Temperature Of 250°C, Distills Max. 65.0% (V/V) – Up To A Temperature Of 350°C Distills Min. 85.0% (V/V) – Ignition Temperature Min. 56°C – Kinematic Viscosity At 20°C Max. 6.00Mm2/S – Pour Temperature Max. Minus 20°C – Coking Residue (From 10% Distillation Residue) Max. 0.3% (M/M) – Sulfur Content < 0.1% (M/M) – Water Content Max. 200 Mg/Kg – Solid Impurities Content Max. 24 Mg/Kg – Residue After Incineration Max. 0.01% (M/M) – Calorific Value Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg – Sy Marker Content 124 Min. 6.0 Max. 9.0 M/L – S Red Dye Content 19 Min. 6.3 Mg/L To Meet The Above Offer Requirements, The Contractor Will Attach A Quality Certificate For The Offered Oil. The Ordering Party Expects To Purchase Up To 60 M3 Of Fuel Oil During The Duration Of The Contract. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Not Less Than 3 M3 At A Time. Fuel Will Be Settled At A Reference Temperature Of +15°C. The Demand For Heating Oil In The Amount Of 60 M3 Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, On The Basis Of Which The Offer Price Was Determined, Is Indicative. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Complete The Purchase In Full And Will Only Pay For The Fuel Oil Actually Consumed. This Demand Is Only Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare The Submitted Offers And Select The Contractor. Quantitative Acceptance Of The Oil Supply Will Take Place On The Basis Of Verified Flow Meters, With Which The Contractors Cars Must Be Equipped. The Ordering Party Will Carry Out Qualitative And Quantitative Acceptance Of Heating Oil At The Place Of Delivery. Deliveries Of Heating Oil To The Ordering Party Will Be Made At The Contractors Expense. Orders Will Be Placed By Phone, E-Mail Or Fax By The Ordering Party. Each Ordered Batch Of Oil Will Be Processed Within 24 Hours From The Date Of Placing The Order.
