The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Production Of Registration Plates In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 31, 2022 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For Registration Plates And Samples Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended) And The Certificate Of The Motor Transport Institute In Warsaw, In An Estimated Quantity Of 8,200 Pieces Of Reflective License Plates With Specific Letter And Digital Distinguishing Features In Periodic Orders.2) Delivery Of Ready-Made License Plates To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: Resident Services Department, Communication Department Of The Chełm City Hall, Ul. Lubelska 63, 22-100 Chełm, Room 6A, With Its Own Efforts And At The Expense;3) Collection And Scrapping Of Car, Trailer, Motorcycle, Tractor And Moped License Plates Withdrawn From Use By The Department Of Resident Services, Communication Department Of The Chełm City Hall. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But No Longer Than Until The Amount Is Used Resulting From The Price Of The Most Advantageous Offer.
