The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1 Protection Of Facilities Located In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski At Ul. Sandomierska 26 A., I.E. Office And Conference Center And Business Incubator, On Plots No. 113/2 And 113/6 With A Built-Up Area Of 2,015.6 M² And 2,841.4 M², Respectively.1) As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Assume Responsibilities In The Field Of: A) Protection Facilities From 3:00 P.M. To 7:00 A.M. On Working Days And 24 Hours A Day On Saturdays, Sundays And Other Public Holidays, With The Help Of One Employee With Appropriate Qualifications. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Person With Whom The Contractor Performs The Service Be Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees. B) Guarding The Property Located In The Above-Mentioned Facilities In Order To Protect It Against Attempts Of Devastation, Damage Or Theft - Burglary From Outside And Inside The Protected Buildings, Including Checking The Number Of Fire Protection Equipment (Fire Extinguishers And The Contents Of Hydrant Boxes) As Well As A Defibrillator And Medical Kit. C) Notifying The Appropriate Services About Threats, D) Increasing The Staff (By At Least 3 People) During Special Events Or Events Organized By The Ordering Party In Which The Ordering Party Participates (Planned Maximum 4 Events In The City Of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, With The Participation Of Up To 200 People, Duration Of Events Up To 6 Hours), E) Response Of The Intervention Patrol (Consisting Of At Least One Person Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Employees) Within Up To 20 Minutes From The Moment Of Receiving A Notification From An Employee On Duty At The Facilities Or In The Event Of Failure To Register The Event By The Active Guard Control System (Or Similar) In Accordance With Point 2 Lit. B) And Lack Of Contact With An Employee On Duty At The Facilities, 2) The Duties Of Security Staff Will Include: A) Taking Intervention Actions In The Event Of Disturbances Of Order In The Protected Facilities, E.G. In The Event Of Acts Of Vandalism, Obstruction Of Communication Routes, B) Making Rounds Of Buildings And Areas Adjacent To Them At Least Once Every 2 Hours And Recording The Rounds Using An Active Guard Control System Or Similar (At Least 5 Control Points In Places Indicated By Ordering Party); The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Service The Control System Of His Choice At His Own Expense, C) Protect The Facilities, Including The Equipment Of Common Areas, Against Robbery, Explosion Hazard, Fire, Attack, Theft, Devastation, Monitor Possible Water, Sewage, Electrical And Other Failures, D) Monitor The Flow Of People And Goods Through The Protected Facilities, E) Turn On And Off Night Lights External And Inside The Facilities Depending On The Needs, F) Check And, If Necessary, Close Windows In Supervised Common Areas Rooms And Turning Off Unnecessary Lighting, G) Accepting And Issuing Keys Handed Over To Security By Tenants Or Other Indicated Persons, Including, A
