1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Tent Hall That Will Serve As A Temporary, Mobile Warehouse For Equipment And Crisis Supplies. The Ability To Quickly Assemble The Hall In Any Location Is Crucial For The Logistical Security Of Long-Term Activities. The Place Of Delivery And Trial Assembly Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Have The Following Parameters: 1) Construction: Steel, Galvanized Or Aluminum. 2) Covering Material: Pvc Tarpaulin With A Weight Of Min. 900 G/M2. 3) Tarpaulin Color: Green. 4) The Covering Must Have A Flame-Retardant Certificate And Be Resistant To Uv Radiation. 5) Dimensions: Width 9.00 - 10.00 M, Length 20.00 - 21.00 M, Height 4.40 - 5.00 M 6) Number Of Entrance Gates: 2 Pcs. (Through) With Dimensions: Width 3.50 - 4.00 M X Height 3.50 - 4.00 M. 7) Snow Load: The Structure Must Be Designed And Constructed In Accordance With With Polish Standards For Minimum Snow Zone Iii. 8) The Contractor Must Provide Complete Technical Documentation With The Hall, Including Static And Strength Calculations, Confirming Compliance With Polish Pn-En Standards For The Required Wind And Snow Zones. 9) The Structure Must Be Designed For Wind Loads In Accordance With The Pn-En 1991-1-4 Standard For Wind Zone Iii In Poland Or Equivalent. 10) The Ordering Party Specifies An Altitude Of 376.8 M Above Sea Level. As The Maximum For Which The Wind Load Should Be Assumed In Static Calculations. The Parameters Appropriate For This Height Should Be Used For Calculations In Accordance With The Pn-En 1991-1-4/Na Standard. 11) Assembly Method: Concrete Blocks Or Other Solution Ensuring Stable Foundation Of The Hall, Included In The Delivery. 12) The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Offer Price Should Include The Cost Of Delivery, Trial Assembly And Disassembly, And Training For The Ordering Partys Employees.
