The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Including The Removal Of Liquid Waste From 23 Locations Administered By The Ordering Party Located In The Commune And City Of Czerwionka-Leszczyny, In Accordance With The Export Schedule For 2026. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Remaining Ready To Provide The Service Outside The Adopted Schedule In The Event Of A Failure, Including On Holidays And Non-Working Days. The Estimated Amount Of Liquid Waste Covered By This Order Is Approximately 6,020M³. The Estimated Amount Of Liquid Waste Disposal Is Not Binding, As The Settlement Will Be Based On The Actual Removals. In The Event Of Interruptions In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement (E.G. Equipment Failure, Technical Inspections Of Equipment, Repairs, Etc.), The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Replacement Disposal.
