3.2 The Order Provides For The Preparation And Delivery Of Two-Course Dinners With Compote For Residents Of The Senior+ Club In Grajewo, In The Amount Of Approximately 12,000 Lunch Sets For 2026, I.E. Approximately 46 Meals With Compote Per Day, Except Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays. Meals Provided As Part Of The Proceedings In Question Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Including The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. It Is Essential To Comply With The Standards For Nutrients And Food Products Specified By The Institute Of Nutrition And Food. Meals Are To Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition For The Elderly. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Quality Of The Meals In Accordance With The Menu Presented With The Offer And Approved By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Lunches On An Annual Basis, During The Period Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Attendance Of People Using This Form Of Assistance. Due To The Reduction In The Number Of Prepared Meals, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.3.3 Minimum Caloric Value Of The Lunch Set - 850 Kcal. Lunch Set Consisting Of At Least 2 Dishes With Salad And Compote, Including: Soups With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 450 Ml, Calorie Content 250 Kcal; Second Course With 600 Calories, Salad 100 Grams And Compote. Meals Must Be Composed In The Following Proportions: At Least 3 Times A Week Meat Dishes - E.G. Piece Of Meat, Minced Cutlet, Meatballs, Chicken Leg, Pork Chop, Poultry Fillet, Beef Cutlets, Goulash, Etc. 1 Time A Week A Fish Dish (Fish In A Piece, Only Fillet Or Carcass, Without Head And Tail) In The Least Processed Form, 1 Time A Week A Second Course May Be Include, For Example, Pancakes, Croquettes, Dumplings, Etc. Potatoes Should Be A Separate Dish And Cannot Replace Vegetable Dishes. In Addition To Potatoes, You Should Also Serve Groats, Rice And Pasta. Salad Made Of Fresh Or Cooked Vegetables Should Be Included In Every Meal. The Lunch Meal Must Include Fruit And Vegetable Additions, E.G. Compote, Jelly, Yogurt, As Well As Whole Fruit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of Good Quality, Of Reliable Weight, With Appropriate Energy And Nutritional Levels, With A Temperature Within The Range Of 67-75 0C. Dishes Cannot Be Repeated Within A Decade.3.4 The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals In Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In Terms Of Staff And Production Conditions And Will Take Responsibility For Compliance With Them. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On The Highest Quality Products And Safety In Accordance With Haccp Standards. The Contracto
