The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New Equipment As Part Of The Procedure Entitled: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The City And Commune Of Olsztyn Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026 2. This Procedure Is Divided Into 2 Parts: A) Part I: Delivery Of A Power Generator For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. B) Part Ii: Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Defense. Civil.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of The Devices Indicated Below With The Following Minimum Parameters: 3.1 For Part I: Supply Of A Power Generator For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense: A. Power Generator: • 120Kw Power Generator • Resistant To Weather Conditions (Enclosed).• Adapted For Regular/Frequent Operation, I.E. 1000H/12 Months.• Maximum Instantaneous Power (Kw) 132, Rated Power (Kw) 120, Rated Current P.R.P. [A] 216A, Frequency [Hz] 50, Voltage [V] 400.4. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Properties, Features, Standards And Parameters That Materials And Devices Should Meet, As Well As The Quantities Of Individual Elements, Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Prepared Separately For Each Part. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, Brand New, Complete, Year Of Production No Later Than 2024, Ready For Use To The Address Indicated In The Draft Contractual Provisions - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Sole Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.6. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies: 1) If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Other Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, He Is Obliged To Indicate That He Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 2) The Ordering Party Reserves That Wherever Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, They Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Means That The Contractor May Propose In Its Offer The Use Of Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party.
