Therefore, Pursuant To Art. 18 Section 4 In Connection With Art. 96 Section 1 And Art. 280 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Will Make The Above-Mentioned Annexes Available To Those Contractors Who Directly Request Their Availability In Accordance With The Application Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 1.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Send A Request For Disclosure Of Confidential Information In The Manner Described In The Point Regarding Communication Between The Ordering Party And The Contractors.1.2. The Contractor Should Send An Application For Access To Confidential Information No Later Than Three Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Above-Mentioned Attachments Will Be Sent To The Contractor Immediately To The E-Mail Address Provided In The Application For Disclosure Of Confidential Information (Annex No. 6 To The Swz).1.3. Confidential Information Contained In Annexes 7 And 8 Will Be Made Available Only To Entities Conducting Insurance Activities In The Light Of The Provisions Of The Act Of September 11, 2015 On Insurance And Reinsurance Activities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 656, As Amended) - Hereinafter Referred To As The Insurance And Reinsurance Activity. The Information Obtained By Contractors In This Way Is Not May Be Made Available To Other Persons Or Entities And May Only Be Used To Prepare An Offer By Entities Authorized To Conduct Insurance Activities.1.4. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractors To Make Every Effort To Protect Information Against Loss, Distortion And Access By Unauthorized Third Parties.1.5.
