The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements And Administrative Decisions (Including A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works, If Required), • Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining The Required Acceptance And Approvals For Use, • Handing Over The Facility Ready For Use To The Ordering Party. The Construction Works Will Include: Insulation And Vertical Moisture Insulation Of The Basement Walls And Foundation Walls; Insulation Of External Walls; Roof Insulation; Replacement Of Windows And Doors; Construction Of New Gutters And New Sheet Metal Flashings; Improvement Of The Acoustics Of The Sports Hall; Replacement Of Heating Boilers; Replacement Of All Fixtures Lighting, Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels With A Power Of Min. 23Kwp On The Ground. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Create An Information Board In Accordance With The Principles Of Project Promotion And Labeling. Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account: The Principle Of Sustainable Development And Dnsh, Analysis Of Compliance With The Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh) Principle, Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No 2020/852, Taking Into Account The Indicated Scope Of Work And The Nature Of The Investment; The Principle Of Equality Between Women And Men, Which Means That Documentation Cannot Contain Elements That Could Lead To Discrimination And Exclusion On The Basis Of Gender; Provisions Contained In Art. 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, Including At Least To The Extent Specified In The Pfu - Compliance Of The Solutions Adopted In The Project Documentation With The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The European Union And The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities Should Be Ensured; The Principle Of Universal Design, I.E. Ensuring The Accessibility Of Transport Infrastructure, Goods, Technologies And Information And Communication Systems And All Other Products For All Their Users, Including People With Disabilities In Accordance With The Accessibility Standards For Cohesion Policy For 2021-2027.
