Breadcrumbs - 700 Kg14. Sourdough Sour Soup - 250 Liters Deliveries Will Be Made To The Academy Of Justice; Place Of Delivery: Campus Uniform, 62-800 Kalisz, Ul. Wrocławska 193-195. The Contractor Will Deliver A Product Manufactured In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act; 2) The Act Of December 21, 2000 On The Commercial Quality Of Agri-Food Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense. The Means Of Transport Must Meet Applicable Sanitary Requirements For The Transport Of Food. The Costs Of Unloading The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Duration Of The Contract Are Borne By The Contractor. The Frequency Of Deliveries Constituting The Subject Of The Order During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract For Part I Bread And Bakery Products - Every Business Day, Excluding Days Off Resulting From The Training Schedule. A Business Day Is Defined As Days From Monday To Saturday, Except For Public Holidays. Deliveries Will Be Made According To The Ordering Partys Instructions Between 5:00 A.M. And 5:30 A.M. Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Orders Placed Via E-Mail Or Telephone. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
