The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Fire Station Building For The Volunteer Fire Department In Czyżów, Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit - Building Parameters: Single-Story, Without A Basement, Constructed Using Traditional Brick Technology, With A Gable Roof With An Angle Of 35 Degrees And A Traditional Wooden Roof Truss, Partly With A Flat Roof With An Inclination Of 2 Degrees, Flat Roof Area 106 M2, Building Height 8.31 M, Usable Area 290.31 M2, Buildings 379.64 M2, Volume 2008.67 M3, Internal Installations, External Installations, Landscaping With Fencing And Construction Of A Garbage Shelter, Construction Of 21 Parking Spaces. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Prepared By The Design Team, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz, And Special Requirements Attached To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires The Execution Of The Order Within: 16 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. By The Expiry Of The Specified Deadline For The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Entire Scope Of Activities Covered By The Agreement Along With Obtaining The Necessary Documents From Pinb Enabling The Lawful Commencement Of Use Of The Facility, Including Those Resulting From The Issued Building Permit Decision No. 435.2025 Of June 6, 2025 And From Completion Of The Final Acceptance - Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Contractor Will Provide A 5-Year Warranty And Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Including The Obligation To Participate In Warranty Inspections At The Request Of The Ordering Party And To Carry Out Work Related To The Removal Of Defects In The Subject Of The Construction Works Agreement. The Granted 5-Year Warranty And Guarantee Should Cover All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: Construction Works, Built-In Devices, Materials, Technology Used, As Well As Installed Systems, Etc.
