1. The Subject Of The Service Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services For The Following Facilities Of The Kwadrat Theater. Edward Dziewoński In Warsaw: - Premises No. 58 At Ul. Marszałkowska 138 In Warsaw, - The Kwadrat Theater Facility At Ul. Marszałkowska 138 In Warsaw, - Kwadrat Theater Offices At Ul. Zielnej 37, Building A, In Accordance With The Following Work Organization: - Morning Shift: From 6:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M., - Afternoon Shift: From 1:00 P.M. To 9:00 P.M., Including Duty During Performances From 17:00 – 21:00. During The Performance Duty, The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining The Current Cleanliness Of The Foyer, Box Office Hall, Toilets And Communication Routes. The Theaters Work Schedule (Rehearsals, Performances, Special Events) Is Made Available To The Contractor On The Notice Board And Updated On An Ongoing Basis. The Contractor Undertakes To Adapt The Cleaning Schedule To The Current Needs Of The Theater Resulting From The Calendar Of Events. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Cleaning Works Outside The Kwadrat Theater Facilities. 2. The Order Does Not Include The Delivery Of Cleaning Products Necessary To Provide The Cleaning Service And Sanitary And Hygienic Products. These Resources (E.G. Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Air Fresheners, Toilet Blocks, Soap, Etc.) Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Have And Provide The Necessary Equipment To Complete The Order (Such As Vacuum Cleaners, Mops, Buckets, Brushes, Vacuum Cleaners, Gloves, Masks, Sponges, Etc.).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Titled Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Determined By The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
