The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Operation, Maintenance And Emergency Repairs Of Heat Exchanger Stations (Swc) And Devices Supporting The Operation Of Exchangers In Buildings Managed By Kzgm In Katowice, Including In Particular: I. Operation And Maintenance Of Heat Exchanger Stations (Swc), Where The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular Twice A Month (During The Heating Season) Or Once A Month (Outside The Heating Season - Applies Only To Domestic Hot Water - Dhw) The Following Activities: 1) Inspection, Adjustment And Maintenance Works, 2) Cleaning Of Filters, 3) Replenishing The Central Heating System, 4) Inspection Of I&C And Automation Operation, 5) Inspection Of Pumps, 6) Inspection And Maintenance Of The Devices Control Installation, 7) Keeping The Room Clean And Tidy, Washing The Floor, (Once A Month And Each Time After A Failure, Leakage, Flooding), Vacuuming All Elements In Swcii. Emergency Repairs Of Heat Exchanger Stations And Devices Supporting The Operation Of Heat Exchangers, Where The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of Circulation Pumps, 2) Replacement Of Circulation Pumps, 3) Replacement Of Flow Control Valves, 4) Replacement Of Valve Actuators, 5) Replacement Of Automation Or Its Elements (Thermostats, Sensors), 6) Replacement Of Weather Controllers, 7) Replacement Of The Water Installation For Central Heating. And Domestic Hot Water In The Heat Exchanger Room With Fittings, 8) Replacement Of Shut-Off Valves (Threaded, Welded Or Flanged), 9) Replacement Of Safety Valves, 10) Replacement Of Threaded Or Flanged Mesh Filters, 11) Replacement Of Differential Pressure Regulators, 12) Replacement Of Magnetic Sludge Filters, 13) Replacement Of Hot And Cold Water Meters, 14) Replacement Of Refill Valves System With Manometer, 15) Replacement Of Manometers And Thermometers, 16) Replacement Of Pressure Reducers, 17) Replacement Of Diaphragm Expansion Vessels, 18) Replacement Of Heat Meters, 19) Replacement Of Electrical Boxes With Accessories, 20) Replacement Of Hot Water Tanks, 21) Replacement Of Plate Heat Exchangers, 22) Replacement Of Jad Type Heat Exchangers, 23) Rinsing Exchangers.2.
