Zjednoczenia 34, Ul. Nowogrodzka 75, Ul. 11 Listopada 15B, Al. Solidarności 93 Lok. 64, Ul. Targowa 81 Lok. 107, Pl. Grzybowski 6 In Warsaw.2) The Facilities Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor On January 2, 2026 Based On The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Signed By Both Parties. Within This Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Authorized Representative To Collect The Transferred Objects. 3) The Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4) The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
