The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Mierosławskiego Street In Pogórze On The Section From The End Of The Asphalt Surface Of Mierosławskiego Street On The Border Of Plots 105/9 And 105/10 And 89/11 And 89/10 To The Intersection With Czechowicza Street, Along With The Extension Of Mierosławskiego Street To Single-Family Properties. The Whole Thing Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By Drogado Spółka Z O. O., Ul. Czyżewskiego 38, 80-336 Gdańsk - Construction Of The Municipal Road Of Mierosławskiego Street In The Town Of Pogórze, Kosakowo Commune, Study October 2022, For Which Building Permit No. Ab/Rw-6740/57/23-K Of May 4, 2023 Was Issued.3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Construction Works Related To: A) Felling Of Trees Indicated In The Design And Planting - In Accordance With The Decision On Felling And Planned Plantings. B) Construction Of A Two-Lane Road With A Total Length Of Approx. 350 M. Section I Of Mierosławskiego Street Was Designed As A Class D Road - Access Road, 200 M Long, 5.0 M Wide, With A Bituminous Surface. A 2.0 M Wide Sidewalk Was Designed Along Section I At The Edge Of The Road. Sections Ii And Iii Of Mierosławskiego Street Were Designed As A Pedestrian And Roadway With A Total Length Of Approximately 150 M, A Width Of 5.0 M And A Concrete Pavement. C) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage Network, Including Street Inlets And Drainage Of Rainwater To The Designed Sewerage System And Then To The Existing Rainwater Drainage System In Czechowicza Street. Material Scope Of The Planned Project: • Storm Sewage Network - 282.78 M, • Inspection Wells - 9 Pcs. • Street Wells - 10 Pcs. • Storm Sewerage Channels - 36.75 M (10 Pcs.).4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Submission By The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And On Its Behalf, Of An Effective Notice Of Completion Of Construction Or An Application For An Occupancy Permit. An Appropriate, Complete Application Must Be Submitted To Pinb Within The Contractual Deadline. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ A Construction Manager, Industrial Works Managers And Provide Executive Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works.6. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task. If It Is Necessary To Perform Other Works, Activities Or Obtain Permits To Perform Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform These Works And Activities And Obtain The Necessary Permits At Its Own Expense And Efforts.7. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation
