5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A 9-Seater Microbus Car Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including 1 Person In A Wheelchair, Equipped With Aluminum Ramps With An Anti-Slip Tread, As Part Of The Project Transportation Of People With Disabilities From The Andrychów Commune To Facilities Located Outside The Commune For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled People, As Part Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions. Iii” Area D - 2025 - Elimination Of Transport Barriers, Co-Financed From Pfron Funds, To Be Used By The Social Welfare Center In Andrychów. 5.2 The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Not Older Than The Year Of Production 2025, Unregistered, Unused, Accident-Free, Not Exhibited, Complete, And Free From Manufacturing, Legal, Material And Construction Defects And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, Adapted To Transport 9 People (8+1), Including 1 Person In A Wheelchair. 5.3 The Contractor Also Guarantees That The Subject Of The Order Has All The Necessary Elements For Proper Functioning And Appropriate Certificates In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5.4 The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Training Of The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Operation Of The Vehicle And Equipment. 5.5 The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Vehicle Will Be Fully Equipped And Will Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). 5.6 The Vehicle Will Be Officially Collected Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract. 5.7 The Contractor Declares That He Has Experience, Technical Potential And Qualified Staff Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract. 5.8 If Explicit Names Of Patents, Trademarks, Materials, Products Or Devices Indicating The Manufacturer And Specific Catalog Types Appear In The Tender Materials - All Such Names Should Always Be Read With The Clause Or Equivalent With The Same Or No Worse Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters. If Specific Types Of Materials, Products And Devices Are Provided In The Above-Mentioned Documents, This Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Indication Of The Minimum Quality Level (Standard). The Use Of Equivalent Materials Is Conditional On Obtaining Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
