The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive It Services For The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Warsaw And The Branch Departments In Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Płock, Radom And Siedlce.2. Provision Of Comprehensive It Services For The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, To The Ordering Party, Which Employs Approximately 250 Employees As Of The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In The Following Locations: 1) Ordering Partys Office In Warsaw, Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7, 00-893 Warszawa And Ul. Biała 4, 00-895 Warszawa;2) Branches Of The Wfośigw Office In Warsaw With Headquarters In: A) Ciechanów, Ul. Mickiewicza 7, 06-400 Ciechanów,B) Ostrołęce, Ul. J. Piłsudskiego 38, 07-410 Ostrołęka, C) Płock, Ul. Stary Rynek 20, 09-400 Płock, D) Radom, Ul. 25 Czerwca 68, 26-600 Radom,E) Siedlcach, Ul. Terespolska 12, 08-110 Siedlce.3. As Part Of The Provision Of Comprehensive Ict Services, The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Other Things, To Ensure The Provision Of Services On-Site - I.E. At The Ordering Partys Office In Warsaw At Ul. Ogrodowa 5/7 By Not Less Than One Person Who Will Provide/Will Provide Services During The Working Hours Of The Ordering Partys Office From Monday To Friday, Unless A Given Day Is A Day Off From Work At The Fund, And On Saturdays Designated By The Ordering Party As A Working Day, Not Shorter Than From 7.30 A.M. To 3.30 P.M. The Detailed Scope Of The Services Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
