1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Dairy Products. The Deliveries Will Be Made To The Academy Of Justice; Place Of Delivery: Uniform Campus, Ul. Wrocławska 193-195, 62-800 Kaliszthe Contractor Will Deliver A Product Manufactured In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act; 2) The Act Of December 21 2000 On The Commercial Quality Of Agri-Food Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days, In The Quantity And On The Dates Specified By The Ordering Party, On Average Twice A Week, After Prior Notification By Telephone. Deliveries Will Be Made According To The Ordering Partys Instructions Between 7:00 A.M. And 10:00 A.M. A Working Day Is Defined As Monday To Saturday, Excluding Public Holidays. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense. The Means Of Transport Must Meet Applicable Sanitary Requirements For The Transport Of Food. The Costs Of Unloading The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract Are Borne By The Contractor.
