The Order Covers The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For A Maximum Of 30 People Per Day - Residents Of The Local Government Social Welfare Home In Jedlicze (Sdps). The Number Of Meals Will Correspond To The Number Of Sdps Residents. The Maximum Number Of Ordered Meals Is 10,950 Person-Days. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Smaller Number Of Meals Than The Maximum, And In Such A Situation The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect, In Particular For Payment For The Amount Constituting The Difference Between The Maximum Number Of Meals Indicated In The Tender And The Quantity Actually Delivered Based On The Ordering Partys Individual Orders. The Minimum Quantity Of Meals Ordered Is 5,475 Person-Days.
