Tenders Are Invited For Providing Homeless People With Temporary Shelter In 2026.

The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Approximately 21 People With Temporary, 24-Hour Shelter In A Homeless Shelter. We Reserve The Right To Change The Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs For Providing Shelter After Prior Arrangements With The Contractor. The Shelter For Homeless People Will Provide People Who Have Signed A Social Contract With 24-Hour Temporary Shelter And Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Ending Homelessness And Gaining Independence In Life. Granting A Homeless Person Temporary Shelter In A Homeless Shelter By The Commune Of His/Her Place Of Stay Does Not Require The Homeless Person To Sign A Social Contract. A Shelter For Homeless People Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 48A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance And In Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide, Among Others: The Possibility Of Staying In The Shelter 24 Hours A Day, Including A Place To Sleep (A Bed Equipped With A Mattress And A Set Of Bedding: A Pillow, A Duvet, A Blanket, A Duvet Cover And A Sheet) In A Heated Room Whose Temperature Is Not Lower Than 20 O C; Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner, As Well As Access To A Kitchenette Allowing You To Prepare A Meal And A Hot Drink Yourself; Basic Cleaning And Personal Hygiene Products; Replacement Of Clothing And The Possibility Of Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing If It Is Not Possible To Replace It; Possibility Of Washing And Drying Clothes; Permanent Access To The Toilet And Bathroom With Hot And Cold Water; Basic Over-The-Counter Medicines And Dressings; Assistance In Using Health Services Provided Under Separate Regulations, Including Access To A General Practitioner; Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Including Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters (E.G. Obtaining An Id Card, Registering At The Employment Office, Registering For Health Insurance, Determining The Degree Of Disability), Developing Or Strengthening The Activity And Independence Of Homeless People, Restoring Life In Society And Making These People Independent; Activation Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity (E.G. Through Training In The Ability To Independently Fulfill Social Roles, Training In Interpersonal And Problem-Solving Skills, Participation In Support Groups) And Gaining Independence In Life And Overcoming Homelessness (Implemented, E.G. Through Classes Preparing For Employment, Training In Managing Ones Own Budget, Running A Household, Etc.); Transport Between 8 A.M. And 4 P.M. Of A Person Directed From Their Place Of Stay To The Shelter And From The Shelter To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; Staff Meeting The Requirements Specified In Art. 48A Section 2G Of The Act On Social Assist
