1) The Subject Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Is The Maintenance Of The Surface Of Roads, Sidewalks And Parking Lots Of Public Roads - Municipal And Internal Managed By The Mayor Of The City Of Oświęcim, In 2026 - Aggregate And Asphalt Surfaces As Part Of The Task Entitled: Maintenance Of The Surface Of Roads, Sidewalks And Parking Lots, In Accordance With With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz And The Documents Attached Thereto.2) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Ongoing Inspection Of The Condition Of The Infrastructure Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement, Including Weekly Road Inspection Tours With The Ordering Partys Employee Using The Contractors Vehicle, B) Reporting To The Ordering Partys Authorized Representative Any Defects, Failures, Defects, Deterioration Of The Road Surface, C) Commissioning The Employer, Repair The Surfaces Of The Infrastructure Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement, Depending On The Nature Of The Facility And The Damage, Through: C.1) Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit, C.2) Regeneration Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Crushed Aggregate, C.3) Repair Of Crushed Stone Surfaces; C.4) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Mixtures Mineral And Asphalt; C.5) Mechanical Leveling Of The Existing Foundation; C.6) Maintenance And Repair Of Road Culverts; C.7) Filling Cracks With Asphalt Grout; D) Works, Activities And Procedures Not Specified Or Not Mentioned Directly By The Ordering Party, But Necessary For The Proper And Proper Performance Of The Order.3) Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Along With With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Conditions Of Order Execution, Warranty, Acceptance And Settlement Are Specified In The Contract Template For This Public Procurement And In The Documents Attached To It, Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4) Documents Published By The Ordering Party In Connection With The Proceedings In Question, Including The Documents Referred To In Point 3, Constitute The Entirety And Are The Basis For The Calculation Of The Offer Price By The Contractors And For Determining The Contractors Obligations Resulting From The Submission Of The Order In Question To Him.
