The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Public Building On Plots No.: 1405/2, 1413, 1415, 1424, 1425/1, 1425/2, 1425/3, 1425/4, 1426, 1427, Wronki Precinct In Accordance With The Functional And Spatial Concept. The Designed Facility Together With Its Surroundings Is To Constitute Office And Administrative Facilities For The Location Of Specific Units: 1) Wronki City And Commune Office 2) Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center 3) Local Government Administration Of Educational Facilities. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation (Architectural, Construction And Executive Design), Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Decisions And The Final Building Permit. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Of The Building With Connections And Land Development. (Including Public Buildings, Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Lots, Lighting, Greenery, Small Architecture, Photovoltaics, And Projects For The Demolition Of Existing Buildings, Shelters, Network Reconstruction, Renovation Of The Garage Building). The Main Idea Of The Ordering Party Is To Obtain A Construction Design Of Facilities That Meet The Assumptions Of The Functional And Spatial Concept, In Particular In Terms Of Function And Architecture. The Project Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Standards, With Particular Attention To Fire, Energy And Ecological Safety, Aesthetics And Hygiene And Sanitary Requirements. The Parameters Determining The Size Of The Design Assumption Are Specified In The Functional And Spatial Concept Entitled Construction Of A Public Building. The Facility Should Be Designed As Passive. The Design Assumptions Also Include The Use Of A Ventilation System With Heat Recovery, The Use Of Windows And Doors Equipped With Triple Sets Of Glass, As Well As The Elimination Of Thermal Bridges.
