1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Serving Of Hot Meals To Customers Of The Ops District Of Praga Północ In The Canteen (Diner). Warsaw, 7 Days A Week. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service From 11:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. From Monday To Saturday And From 12:00 P.M. To 2:00 P.M. On Sunday Each Week.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Bar Or Eatery To Be Closed On Holidays (Statutory Holidays, E.G. New Years Day), Provided, However, That The Contractor Notifies Customers Several Days In Advance About The Closing Date Of The Bar Or Eatery, Possibly Closed On The Basis Of Generally Applicable Legal Acts (E.G. In Connection With The Covid19 Epidemic).4. Meals Will Be Served On The Basis Of The Hot Meal Delivery Card, Which The Ordering Party Will Provide To The Contractor No Later Than One Day Before The Beginning Of The New Month. These Cards, Along With The Quantity Of Meals Collected, Will Be Attached To The Invoice Issued By The Contractor Every Month. The Contractor Shall Submit Hot Meal Provision Cards To The Ordering Party For The Month To Which The Invoice Relates By The 5Th Day Of The Following Month. 5. The Eatery Or Bar Should Be Located In The Praga Północ District In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. Estimated Number Of Meals Consumed In The Bar Or Eatery In The Period From January 1, 2026 To November 30, 2028 Will Be, Assuming 250 Days In One Calendar Year (I.E. On Average 72 People Will Eat Meals) In 2026 - 18,000, In 2027 - 18,000, In 2028 From January 1 To November 30 - 16,500. The Contractor Must Ensure The Possibility Of Issuing This Number Of Meals In The Event Of The Situation Referred To In Section 3.
