The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity For 2026, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services To Facilities Belonging To The Mieroszów Commune, Its Organizational Units And The Mieroszów Cultural Center.2. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act.3. Standards Regarding The Distribution Of Electricity Are Included In The Operators Tariff, Which Specifies: 1) Tariff Groups And Detailed Criteria For Qualifying Customers To These Groups; 2) Method Of Determining Fees For Connection To The Operators Network, And In The Case Of Connection To A Network With A Rated Voltage Not Higher Than 1 Kv, Also Flat-Rate Fee Rates; 3) Rates Of Fees For The Provision Of Distribution Services And The Conditions Of Their Application, Taking Into Account The Division Into Rates Resulting From: A) Distribution Of Electricity (Variable And Fixed Components Of The Network Rate), B) Use Of The National Electricity System (Quality Rates), C) Reading The Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems And Their Ongoing Control (Subscription Rates), D) Early Termination Of Long-Term Contracts (Transition Fee Rates), E) Ensuring The Availability Of Electricity From Renewable Sources In The National System Electricity (Res Fee Rate);4) Method Of Determining Discounts For Failure To Meet The Quality Parameters Of Electricity And Quality Standards Of Customer Service; 5) Method Of Determining Fees For: A) Extra-Contractual Consumption Of Reactive Energy, • Exceeding The Contractual Capacity, B) Illegal Consumption Of Electricity, 6) Fees For Services Performed At The Additional Request Of The Recipient; 7) Fees For Resuming The Supply Of Electricity After Its Supply Has Been Suspended. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Sell Electricity And Provide Electricity Distribution Services For 82 Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Epp List 5. The Estimated Energy Consumption During The Term Of The Contract, Calculated On The Basis Of The Annual Electricity Consumption In 2025, Is Approximately: 518,270 Kwh. 6. The Facilities Included In The List And The Electricity Consumption Included In The Contract Are Indicative Only, Used To Calculate The Estimated Value Of The Order And Compare Offers. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Specified Amount. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From The Sale Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Indications Of Measurement And Settlement Systems. 7. Settlements For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Made On The Basis Of Current Readings Of Measurement And Settlement Systems According To The Fee Rates Resulting From The Submitted Offer And The Distribution System Operators Tariff And The Sellers Tariff. 8.
