The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Food Products Intended For The Needs Of Current Nutrition In The Assortment And Quantities Included In The Tables Constituting Appendices No. 1 To No. 3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Based On The Needs Of The Ordering Entity, In Which The Delivery Date And The Product Range Of The Order Will Each Time Be Specified - Excluding Days Off From Work And Teaching Classes Of The Ordering Entity And Breaks Resulting From Days Off From Classes. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That Regular Deliveries Made To The Ordering Entity Should Each Time Be Adjusted In Weight To The Order Placed.2. The Ordering Entity Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order In Individual Parts, While Maintaining The Minimum Value Of The Subject Of The Order (Specified In The Concluded Contract) At The Level Of 10%, Guaranteeing The Contractor Remuneration Related To This Scope Of The Contract. The Specified Quantity Of Food Items In The Price Form Is An Estimate And May Change (Decrease Or Increase) During The Execution Of The Contract. The Above Cannot Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Submit Claims For The Purchase Of The Remaining Quantity Of Products Or For Payment Of The Equivalent Of Unordered Products Or Compensation For Not Ordering Them.3. Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet The Current Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Among Others: 1) Have Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates, 2) Have Appropriate Marking, I.E. Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date, 3) Have Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle, And The Contractor Must Have The Current Required Decisions Related To This. If Any Of The Previous Decisions Expires Or Is Withdrawn During The Term Of This Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A New Decision In This Respect, No Later Than On The Last Day Of Validity Of The Current One.
