The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Specialized Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Activities In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Area Of ​​The Garwolin Commune. Its Aim Is To Increase The Level Of Safety Of Residents By Providing Appropriate Technical Resources Enabling Quick And Effective Response In Crisis Situations, Such As Infrastructure Failures, Floods Or Interruptions In Electricity Supply. Each Offer Will Be Assessed Separately For Each Part Of The Order For Which It Was Submitted. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Subject Of The Order (For All Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order) For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol (Regardless Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Manufacturers Of Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order).*Note: The Offered Period Of Warranty For Defects Cannot Be Shorter Than The Offered Period Guarantee.*The Ordering Party Informs That The Warranty Period For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Also The Subject Of Evaluation Of Offers In The Guarantee - G Criterion, Specified In Chapter Xix Of The Swz, In Accordance With The Rules Described There.
