The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Specialized Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Activities In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In The Area Of ​​The Garwolin Commune. Its Aim Is To Increase The Level Of Safety Of Residents By Providing Appropriate Technical Resources Enabling Quick And Effective Response In Crisis Situations, Such As Infrastructure Failures, Floods Or Interruptions In Electricity Supply. Part I: Purchase Of Tarpaulins, Spades And Shovels - Tarpaulins - 2 Pcs.; Spades – 10 Pcs; Shovels - 10 Pcs. Place Of Delivery: Garwolin Commune Ul. Mazowiecka 16, 08-400 Garwolin The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 6, On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Bid Cost Estimate - Annex No. 7A. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order. Each Offer Will Be Assessed Separately For Each Part Of The Order For Which It Was Submitted. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Delivered Subject Of The Order (For All Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order) For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months*, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol (Regardless Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Manufacturers Of Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order).*Note: The Offered Period Of Warranty For Defects Cannot Be Shorter Than The Offered Period Guarantee.*The Ordering Party Informs That The Warranty Period For The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Also The Subject Of Evaluation Of Offers In The Guarantee - G Criterion, Specified In Chapter Xix Of The Swz, In Accordance With The Rules Described There. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz Together With Annexes, And Is Obliged To Indicate In The Tender Cost Estimate The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Model Of The Offered Subject Of The Order.
