The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Insurance Coverage In The Form Of Periodic (1-, 7-, 21-28-, 42-Day) Insurance Packages In The Period From January 1, 2026 To March 31, 2028, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Sign A Contract With The Contractor For The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027. The Period From January 1, 2028 To March 31, 2028 Will Apply To Insurance Coverage Provided To Insured Persons Who Applied For This Protection No Later Than On The Last Day Of The Contract (December 31, 2027) For A Period Of 3 Months, I.E. Until March 31, 2028.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Provision Of Services With A Value Of Not Less Than 75% Of The Value Indicated In § 5 Section 1 Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Basic Order And The Order Covered By Option Rights. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.5. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance6. Intends To Entrust Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
