1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Collective Catering Service For Students At Primary School No. 44 In Wrocław (51-206), Ul. Wilanowska 31, At The Place Of Study, Consisting In Preparing And Serving Meals (Lunch - Standard, Elimination And Special Diets: Gluten-Free - For An Average Of 410 Students Per Day Staying At The Ordering Partys Facility On A Daily Basis. 2. The Estimated Number Of Meals Served (During The Entire Duration Of The Order) Is 77,490. The Actual Number Of Meals Served Depends On The Attendance Of Students On Particular Days. The Minimum Daily Quantity Lunches That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Is 10 Sets. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Meal Be Prepared And Served At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Delivery And Serving Of Any Parts Of Meals Prepared Outside The Rented Food Block. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Decision From The State District Sanitary Inspector To Provide The Service To The Extent Required In The Swz Adapting The Premises To The Requirements Of The State District Sanitary Inspector Is The Responsibility Of The Tenant. 6. In Order To Complete The Order, The Ordering Party Rents The Necessary Premises To The Contractor. The Rented Premises Meet The Construction, Technical And Sanitary Requirements, But They Must Be Equipped With Kitchen Equipment And Canteen Equipment Necessary For The Execution Of The Contract. Only The Premises Specified In The Template Of The Lease Agreement Are Rented Lease. 7. There Is A High Probability That During The Execution Of The Contract In Question (Summer Period Of 2026), The Municipal Investment Plant In Wrocław Will Carry Out Construction Works At The Ordering Partys Premises, Related To The Renovation Of The Buildings Mechanical Ventilation - Which Will Exclude The Possibility Of Preparing Meals On-Site, In The School Food Block. Therefore, The Contractor Should Be Prepared To Carry Out The Following Activities: 1) Preparing Meals - Using Its Own, Approved For Use By The Competent Authority. Sanitary Inspection, Kitchen At Its Disposal2) Delivery And Distribution Of Meals - By Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose, Approved For Use By The Competent Authority Of The Sanitary Inspection8. The Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement - Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
