Tenders Are Invited For Catering Service: Preparation, Delivery And Distribution Of Ready-Made Meals For Students Of Grades I-Viii Of Primary School No. 8. Dar Górników In Krosno From January To June And From September To December 2026.
1) The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of A Hot Two-Course Subscription Meal - Lunch, I.E. Soup 300 Ml, Main Course And Compote 250 Ml For Students Aged 6-15 Years, Attending Primary School No. 8. Dar Górników In Krosno. 2) The Service Will Be Provided In The Period From January 7, 2026 To June 25, 2026 And From September 2, 2026 To December 22, 2026. Meals Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays And Days Free From Teaching Activities. The Estimated Daily Number Of Children Covered By Meals Is Approximately 163 Students. These Quantities Should Be Treated As Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Children Depending On Needs, Within 50%. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration For The Meals Actually Prepared And Served. 3) Meals Are To Be Served To Students At Set Times, I.E. From 1200 To 1430. 4) Meals Are To Be Prepared With The Participation Of A Dietician, According To Decade Menus Specifying The Detailed Composition Of The Meal, Calorie Content, Weight And Allergens Present, And Are To Be Delivered To The Ordering Party For Prior Approval No Later Than 2 Business Days Before The Beginning Of Each Subsequent Decade. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Repetition Of The Same Type Of Meal During The Week, The Meals Should Be Varied. (Continued - Chapter Ii Of The Swz)
