Requires That The Contractor: Has, During The Execution Of The Contract, Valid Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Insurance Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Deemed The Most Advantageous Will Be Obliged, Before Concluding The Contract, To Provide The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Having The Required Insurance (Policy With Proof Of Premium Payment).
