Jana Iii Sobieskiego 12: Area Of Rooms – 4,477.31 M2; Window Area 560.94 M2; • In A Building Located In Morąg At Ul. Warmińska 17A: Room Area - 782.33 M2; Window Area - 205.92 M2. B) Maintenance Of Green Areas: • Belonging To The Building Located In Ostróda, Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 12 - 1,826.47 M2 (Including 30 Bushes, 2 Trees And 6 Islands With Plantings Of Conifers And Bushes); • Belonging To The Building Located In Morąg At Ul. Warmińska 17A - 666.40 M2 (With Green Plantings). C) Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communication Routes And Parking Lots: • Belonging To The Building Located In Ostróda, At Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 12 – 3,941.53 M2;• Belonging To The Building Located In Morąg At Ul. Warmińska 17A - 894.90 M2.D) Minor Maintenance Works Will Be Carried Out On A Monthly Basis, No More Than 32 Hours Of Services For The Building Located In Ostróda At Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego 12 And 8 Hours Of Services For The Building Located In Morąg At Ul. Warmińska 17A, I.E. A Total Of 40 Hours. The Detailed Scope Of Work And The Material Scope Are Determined By The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, A List Of Areas Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz.
