The selected provider will handle delivery operations, documentation, key management, inspections, and yard coordination while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. Key requirements include: Vehicles: Two ferry vehicles with 24/7 availability and backup units. Manpower: Supervisors, ferry drivers, shifting drivers, and technicians for day and night shifts, with additional manpower as needed. Responsibilities: Yard-to-yard shifting, timely delivery before customs cutoff, documentation, coordination with HIPG OPS, compliance with safety standards, and yard housekeeping. Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for port property, cargo and third-party liabilities. Personnel Requirements: Valid licenses, medical fitness, and insurance coverage. Experience: Prior involvement in automobile clearance or RORO operations is an advantage. A Pre-Bid meeting and site visit in this regard will be held on 25 November 2025, at 2:30 p.m. (local time) at the Hambantota International Port.
