Activity 1: Preparation Of An Investment Technical Project: The Activities Include The Following Tasks: Acquaintance With All Source Data Provided By The Design Contractor; Preparation Of A Project In The Technical Phase For All Project Parts Necessary For The Approval Of The Investment Project, Issuance Of A Construction Permit And The Legal Commencement Of Construction; Activity 2: Exercising Authorial Supervision During Cmp Implementation: When Executing The Order, The Contractor Performs The Authors Supervision Functions During The Implementation Of The Smp In The Sense Of The Applicable Legislation In Force, Including: Amendments To The Approved Investment Project, According To Art. 154 Of The Zut /If Necessary/; Explanations Of Project Decisions /If Necessary/; Participation In The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; Participation In The Regular Meetings Organized By The Construction Supervision With The Participants In The Construction Process; Preparation Of Orders In The Order Book.
