The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Warranty Responsibility For The Delivered Garden Furniture/Articles. The Delivery Of Items Is Carried Out After A Preliminary Request Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pernik, And In Each Request / Contract Letter / The Types Of Items, Quantities And The Exact Location Of Delivery Will Be Indicated. This Public Procurement Must Be Performed In Compliance With The Conditions And Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Organization Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Procurement.
