The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Periodically Repeated Supplies Of Medical Devices For Operative Interventions With A Large And Very Large Volume And Complexity - Sutures, Individualized In Group 24 Medical Devices For Operative Interventions With A Large And Very Large Volume And Complexity Of The List Of Medical Devices By Groups That The Nhif Pays For In The Conditions Of Hospital Medical Care, And The Value Up To Which The Nhif Pays For Each Group, Compiled In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 13, Para. 2, Item 2, Letter A Of Ordinance No. 10 Of 2009 On The Conditions, Order, Mechanism And Criteria For Payment By The National Health Insurance Fund Of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Dietary Foods For Special Medical Purposes, Negotiation Of Discounts And Reimbursement Of Excess Funds When Applying A Mechanism Guaranteeing Predictability And Sustainability Of The Nhif Budget, Effective From January 1, 2024.
