If The Number Of Tenders That Meet The Conditions Is Less Than 6, The Framework Contract May Be Concluded With A Smaller Number Of Tenderers. The Start Date Of The Framework Contract Conclusion Indicated On The State Procurement Register Form Is Assumed And Is Not Legally Binding.
