Type Of Servicethe Implementation Project Must Largely Follow On From The His-He Results Report On The “Organizational Study At The Seven Art And Music Colleges In North Rhine-Westphalia (2023-2024)”. The Progress Already Achieved Through The Series Of Workshops Initiated On Ones Own Initiative Must Also Be Taken Into Account And Followed Up With Further Measures In The Long Term. The Objective Corresponds To That Of The Organizational Study, Which Can Be Seen As The First Phase Of An Overall Project, For Which The Implementation Project Now Represents The Second Phase. The Overarching Goal Was And Is To Relieve And Simplify Administration By Bundling Tasks And, If Necessary, Outsourcing Them From University Administrations Through External Contracts, Especially In The Four Major Administrative Areas Of Budget And Finance (Including Procurement And Third-Party Funding), Human Resources, Student Services And Examination Management As Well As Construction And Facilities Management, Supplemented By The Areas Of Event Management, Occupational Safety, Health And Environmental Protection And Other Staff Departments And Administrative Services Such As Legal Departments. Libraries At Art And Music Colleges Are Also Already Included And Should Be Taken Into Account.
