3.1. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Real Estate In The Powidz Commune, With The Exception Of Real Estate With Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Including: 1) Collection And Management Of The Types Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Order Description From Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Real Estate In The Powidz Commune, With The Exception Of Real Estate Where Summer Houses, And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes In The Powidz Commune - Containers With A Capacity Of Up To 240 L;2) Collection And Management Of The Types Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Order Description From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Called Pszok) Located In The Town Of Ługa In The Sewage Treatment Plant Area3) Equipping The Owners Of Residential And Non-Residential Properties With Containers With A Capacity Of At Least 120 L For Segregated Fractions Such As Glass, Paper And Cardboard, Containers For Biodegradable Waste And Plastics With A Capacity Of At Least 240 L, Excluding Real Estate With Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes; 4) Collection And Management Of The Types Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Order Description From Owners Of Residential And Non-Residential Real Estate In The Powidz Commune, Except Real Estate With Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes In The Powidz Commune - Containers With A Capacity Of More Than 240 L;3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz.3.3. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1) All Vehicles With Which The Contractor Will Provide The Service Must Be Equipped With A Monitoring System Based On A Satellite Positioning System, Enabling The Recording Of Data On The Vehicles Position, Parking Places, And A System Of Sensors Recording Data On Waste Unloading Places, Enabling The Verification Of This Data. The Data Should Be Stored At The Contractors Office For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Recording. 2) The Contractor Should Have Software And Appropriate Licenses Enabling Reading, Presentation And Verification Of Stored Data And Should Make It Available At Any Request Of The Ordering Party. 3) Loading And Transport Of Waste Should Be Done Using Appropriate Equipment, Which Must Be At The Contractors Disposal.
