1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Roughening Material For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads; Sand (Fine Aggregate) In The Amount Of 2000 Tons, Including Delivery And Unloading. 1.1. Place Of Sand Deliveries (Fine Aggregate): - To The Storage Yard At Ul. Polna 3B In Łańcut1.2. Sand Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Request Will Be Submitted By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail. The Contractor Will Start Delivering Materials Within 2 Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Demand. The Ordering Party Will Specify The Quantity Of Material In The Request. The Cost Of Transporting Materials Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.1.3. . Sand (Fine Aggregate) Should Have The Following Parameters: - The Grain Size Should Be Relatively Uniform, The Grain Size Should Be 0.125 - 2.00 Mm And Not Exceed 4 Mm (Overgrain Content Is Allowed Up To 15%), - Fine Grain Content (< 0.125 Mm) - Up To 5% Is Allowed, - The Sand Cannot Contain Any Clay Impurities And Clay, Cannot Be Contaminated With Organic Compounds Such As Grass, Root Debris, Branches, Etc. Upon Delivery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit Appropriate Documents (Declarations) Confirming That The Delivered Sand (Fine Aggregate) Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Technical Requirements For The Supply Of Sand For Winter Maintenance Are Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification.1.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Payments In The Form Of Prepayments Or Advances For The Purchase Of Materials By The Contractor.1.5. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order.
