Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Protection Of The Facility, Property And Adjacent Areas At Ul. Przystankowa 2 In Ślęza

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Protection Of The Facility, Property And Adjacent Areas At Ul. Przystankowa 2 In Ślęza. The Facility Is Located On A Plot Of Land, Which Is A Real Estate With A Detached Commercial Building Serving As A Local Government Kindergarten, A Health Center, A Village Community Center With Kitchen Facilities And A Library. In The Adjacent Area There Are Fenced Playgrounds, Green Areas, A Parking Lot And Farm Yards.4.2. The Total Area Of The Facility Is 2,606.28 M2 (Including 1,745.79 M2 For The Kindergarten And 860.49 M2 For The Community Center And Others. 4.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 4.3.1. Comprehensive Physical Protection, Including Protection Against Theft And Burglary Or Other Acts Of Illegality Resulting In The Taking Or Destruction Of Property Of The Kobierzyce Commune. The Adjacent Area Is Also Protected. To The Protected Facility, With The Following Reservations: 4.3.2. Permanent Supervision And Direct Physical Protection Provided To The Ordering Party By A Security Guard, Which The Contractor Will Provide On The Following Days And Hours Specified In The Schedule. 4.4. Detailed Rules Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Included In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Appendix No. 5 To The Swz Draft Contractual Provisions.
